Changing your contact details
We have introduced an online system to enable you to renew your registration and pay your registration fee securely without the need to contact us.
You will also be able to change your address and other contact details if necessary and download a direct debit instruction should you wish to change to this method of payment.
Before you can access the online system, you will need to activate your account if you have not done so already. To do this, you will need an activation code. This code is exclusive to you and enables you to set up an online account with us, similar to the way in which you may already carry out other online transactions such as banking. When you activate your account, you will be asked to choose your own password to make sure that only you can have access to your personal information. You will also be asked to provide your date of birth and postcode.
If you are a new registrant, we will send your activation code by post. If you have recently renewed your registration but do not have an activation code or have lost your code, you can request a reminder via the online system. Simply click ‘lost your activation code’ and follow the prompts. A reminder will be sent to your email inbox.
The easiest and quickest way to activate your online account is by clicking the ‘my account’ link in the bar at the top of the HCPC website.
Once you have activated your account, you will be able to access the system using your authentication code. This code can be found on your registration card, which was sent to you with your registration certificate. Your authentication code will allow you to access your online registration record at any time and renew your registration when the time comes.
Please make sure you have your card to hand when you use the online system or when you call us.
Please keep your card safe and do not share your authentication code with anyone including HCPC employees. If you lose your card, you can contact us to request a replacement card free of charge.
We hope that you will find the online system convenient and easy to use. If you have any questions, please contact the Registration Department on 44(0)300 500 4472 , Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
