What is my activation code?
Reminders can be sent by email upon request via your online account (click here to access). Reminder: first four characters of an activation code are made up of letters
Where can I find my authentication code?
This can be found on the back of your most recent registration card or this can be sent in the form of a reminder letter upon request via your online account (click here to access). Reminder: first three characters of an authentication code are made up of letters.
What is my password?
This is a password you would have created once you have logged on for the first time. Reminders can be sent by email to you email address, upon request via your online account (click here to access).
How long will it take if I renew by paper form?
If you have sent a paper renewal form, this will take 10 working days to be processed from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot acknowledge receipt of renewal forms prior to processing but all forms received by 6pm on 30 November 2016 will be processed.
How can I tell that I have successfully renewed?
You can confirm that you have successfully renewed if the dates on the online register show that you are registered until 2018.
If you pay by direct debit, you can check the online register to ensure that you have renewed successfully once we have collected the first instalment. If you have successfully renewed, registration certificates and cards will be issued automatically and can take up to 15 working days to arrive.
